The Story
As a driven young professional and U.S. Army veteran, I initially pursued real estate as an agent before discovering my passion for property management. After gaining hands-on experience as a full-time leasing consultant, I immersed myself in the industry, eventually acquiring my first investment property. Through networking with seasoned investors and continuous learning, I honed my expertise. During my second deployment, I recognized my true calling: empowering fellow investors to thrive. This vision led me to establish Peace of Mind Leasing, a venture dedicated to helping others succeed in real estate.
The Experience
In my property management experience, I have overseen leasing operations at more than 10 multifamily properties, each comprising between 150 to 300 one- to three-bedroom apartment units. Through effective leasing strategies and tenant relations, I generated over $500,000 in combined revenue across these properties.
